Sticker Fulfillment Times
Fulfillment (processing) for stickers after purchase is 5 to 7 business days. These fulfillment times does not include pre-order items.
All Other Items Fulfillment Times
For all other items, fulfillment is done by Printful and takes 2-5 business days.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. What this means is that if an order is placed on a Monday, the first of the month, it may not be fulfilled for two work weeks. Fulfillment times doesn’t include shipping. Shipping time begins after fulfillment.
This same principle should be applied toward shipping handling times. While carriers are doing their best to stick to shipping times prior to the pandemic, shipping may also be delayed as the world is adapting to new environments.
Please note that once the package has been picked up by a mail carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) shipping times are out of our control and Ashley by the Desert Co. is not liable for delays.
Why aren't stickers and other items shipped together?
Fulfillment for all stickers are done by Ashley by the Desert Co. and everything else (apparel, accessories, stationary, etc.) is done by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment center.
How will I know my order went through?
You will recieve an automated generated e-mail that your order is confirmed. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not initially see it. If you still cannot find your order confirmation e-mail please contact us.
Will I recieve a tracking number?
Yes! You will recieve a couple different e-mail confirmations related to your online order. The first e-mail will be an automatic confirmation e-mail that your order as been processed, the you will recieve another e-mail confirmation that is has been shipped. Again check your spam folders if you haven't seen that you have recieved these e-mails.
Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?
Yes, you can as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please use the conform form and include your full name, order number and new address.
Will pre-order stickers ship separately from currently in-stock stickers I purchased?
No, we ship entire sticker orders in one shipment. If a product is on pre-order that means it is in the process of being made. Estimated shipping dates are provided in the description of the product listing. If you do not wish to wait until your pre-order item is done with production for your other in-stock items, please purchase them separately.
How long will be it be under I receive my pre-order purchase?
All estimated fulfillment dates are listed on the pre-order product’s listing description. Typically production for stickers can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks, excluding shipping to Ashley by the Desert Co. in Arizona, which can take an additional 1-2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?
Yes we do! International shipping prices vary based on your address location and the weight of the package.
Do you cover custom fees?
Ashley by the Desert Co. does not cover and is not responsible for custom fees that may be placed on international orders.
What if I do not see that shipping is available to my country?
Please use to the contact form to tell us which country you would like shipping made available to and we will it add it to our shipping locations.
We do not accept returns of any kind outside of defect or flaw.
To be eligible for a refund due to defect or flaw, please e-mail email@example.com with your full name, order number and photos of the defect or flaw within 72 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of this business with items being made to order and print-on-demand services, we do not do cancelations or exchanges.
If you believe you package has gone missing and your tracking hasn’t updated for some time past the expected delivery date, please go to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to file a claim.
If USPS is unable to locate your package, please use the contact form and send us your full name and claim number. We will then replace your items and send you a new package.
